What Luften actually installs — the equipment
Every Luften program is a pairing: hardware sized to the space and a fragrance or chemistry chosen for what that space smells like without it. Below is the working library — the units on our trucks and the equipment our hospitality, residential, and healthcare clients run today.
Not sure which unit your space needs?
- No long-term contract
- Walkthrough within 48 hours
- One vendor, one invoice
Equipment
Sized and specified during the walkthrough. All of it is serviced by us on a recurring schedule — cartridges, refills, and dosing are part of the program, not a separate order for your staff to track.
Aero machines
Built for nursing homes and rehab facilities
Wall-mounted atomizing units designed for senior living, memory-care, and rehabilitation corridors. They break odor-neutralizing chemistry into a dry micro-mist that binds airborne molecules instead of masking them, on a programmable schedule with no staff involvement. Gel-O-Dor and fragrance cartridges slot directly into the units for passive coverage in spaces without power or airflow — stairwells, closets, and vestibules.
- Nursing home corridors
- Memory-care and dementia units
- Rehabilitation facility common areas
- Senior living lobbies and dining halls
Nebulizers (500 / 800)
Ambient scenting by room volume
Cold-air nebulizers sized to the space: the 500 for lobbies, vestibules, elevator cabs, and boutique zones; the 800 for large lobbies, atriums, amenity floors, and event space. Fragrance oil is atomized dry, so there is no residue, no heat, and no dilution of the accord.
- Hotel and residential lobbies
- Elevator cabs
- Amenity and club floors
- Retail and event space
Direct HVAC nebulizer units
Whole-property coverage
The same atomization plumbed inline with the air handler so scent is delivered through the building's existing supply air. One unit covers every zone the AHU feeds, which is how a property gets a consistent signature rather than a patchwork of diffusers.
- Rooftop AHUs and lobby HVAC zones
- Multi-floor corridors
- Corporate campuses
- Portfolio rollouts
Sani Fresh & Sani Solution
Restroom and surface program
Metered dispensers plus 4-liter concentrate for restrooms, fixtures, floor drains, and high-touch surfaces. Handles the uric-acid and biofilm sources that cause restroom odor to return hours after cleaning.
- Public and staff restrooms
- Locker rooms
- Floor drains and mop sinks
- Refuse areas
Lift Station Max
Biological dosing for below-grade
Programmed biological dosing for ejector pits, lift stations, and wet wells. Digests the fats, oils, grease, and organics that generate hydrogen sulfide, which cuts the rising odor and slows pump and float corrosion.
- Ejector pits and lift stations
- Below-sea-level pump rooms
- Wet wells and sewage ejectors
- Municipal stations
Grease trap program
FOG control between pumpings
Bioaugmentation dosing for interceptors, kitchen lines, and floor drains that reduces fat, oil, and grease accumulation between pump-outs and keeps kitchen and dock odor down. Extends service intervals rather than replacing them.
- Hotel and restaurant kitchens
- Interceptors and grease traps
- Kitchen floor drains
- Cafeteria and commissary lines
