The equipment and chemistry behind every Luften service program.
We don't sell products off a shelf. Every program below is installed, calibrated, and serviced monthly by Luften technicians — from the AERO™ air purifier in a nursing home corridor to the dosing system keeping a hotel's ejector pit from failing. One flat monthly fee covers the equipment, the chemistry, and the labor.

AERO™ Air Purification System
Our flagship 3-stage air purifier built on Hybrid Air™ technology — dust filter, medical-grade HEPA, and activated carbon — engineered for nursing homes, corridors, and resident rooms. Not a wall fan. A true air cleaning system.

LUFTEN Nebulizers (Lobby & Wall)
Our workhorse scenting and odor-neutralizing nebulizers — lobby units for front-of-house first impressions and wall units for corridors, amenity rooms, and back-of-house. Continuous, discreet, no masking.

Elevator Scenting
Purpose-built scenting for elevator cabs — compact, hidden install, tuned dosing so the cab always smells clean without overwhelming riders. A five-second brand moment on every ride.

SaniFresh — Trash Rooms & Chutes
Our dedicated sanitizing and odor-elimination program for trash chutes and trash rooms. Direct-in-chute install for building-wide coverage plus room-level units that keep the whole waste path under control.

Ejector Pit & Lift Station Treatment
The blue-drum treatment system that turns a smelly, grease-choked ejector pit into a self-maintaining wastewater loop. Continuous dosing kills H₂S, breaks down FOG, and protects pumps.

Grease Trap Treatment
Biological and enzymatic treatment for commercial grease traps — breaks down FOG before it becomes a backup, a fine, or a shutdown. Programmed dosing, monthly service.
We run the program. We don't sell you chemicals.
National chemical suppliers ship product and hand you the dosing manual. Luften is a service specialist: monthly managed odor control, drain and wastewater treatment, and ambient scenting programs, performed by our own technicians across NYC, New Jersey, and the tri-state area.
Installed and calibrated by us
A technician sizes the equipment to your building, installs it, and sets the dose. Nothing arrives in a box for your staff to figure out.
Monthly service, every month
Refills, nozzle checks, re-tuning from actual consumption, and a written service log — on a fixed monthly visit, not when someone complains.
No product sales, no drums in your closet
You are not buying inventory or tracking reorder points. One flat monthly fee covers chemistry, equipment, and labor.
