How do you spec chemistry for a specific building?
Our engineer walks the chute geometry (single- vs multi-stack, height, discharge type), compactor make and model, trash room exhaust CFM and pressure, drain trap condition, and waste stream. Chemistry, dispensing cadence, and dispenser placement are all specified from that data — not a one-size template.
What's actually in the formulations?
Luften uses patented odor-binding chemistry — quaternary amine-based neutralizers and enzymatic formulations selected per application. SDS sheets provided on request. Non-fragrance-primary; we treat the odor molecule itself, not mask it.
Can you coordinate with our compactor service and pest vendors?
Yes. We regularly schedule around compactor PMs, chute cleaning cycles, and pest treatments. If a mechanical issue (gasket, hydraulic seal, positive-pressure exhaust) is the actual odor source, we flag it before install so you can loop in the right trade.
